What Would We Do Without Rules?
In order to ensure that you have a positive and enjoyable experience with us whether you are hosting your own party in our space or attending an exercise session or class; we have implemented important policies and guidelines that we ask our guests to adhere to at all times.
Studio Code of Conduct
- All participants must treat staff and fellow members with respect.
- Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Appropriate attire is required during all classes. No nudity permitted.
- Cell phones must be silenced during sessions.
Class Registration & Attendance
- Pre-registration is required for all classes via our online system or mobile app.
- Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.
- No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of class start time may incur a fee or loss of session credit.
Membership & Payments
- Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- All recurring memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled with at least 7 days' notice.
- A valid credit/debit card must be kept on file for auto-pay plans.
Private Parties & Events
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any private event.
- Full payment is due 7 days before the event.
- Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the full amount.
Refunds & Transfers
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes or late cancellations.
- If a class is canceled by the studio, clients may reschedule or receive a class credit.
Health & Safety
- Clients must sign a waiver before participating in any class.
- If you are injured, pregnant, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor and notify your instructor before class.
- No alcohol or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Age Policy
- Participants must be 18 or older for pole, chair, or sensual dance classes.
- Clients 16–17 may attend fitness-based classes with parental consent and waiver.
Inclement Weather or Emergencies
- In the event of studio closures due to weather or emergency, notifications will be sent via text, email, and social media.
- Affected classes may be rescheduled or credited.
Media Release
- From time to time, Flirty Girls may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. Clients must notify us in writing if they do not consent to being photographed.
