This is a 2 Hour beginners group session that is perfect for those who are new to pole dancing and want to see what it's all about.
You and your group will learn the fundamentals of pole dance as well as floor work, dance moves and beginner spins.

No experience needed!


Our pole dance classes offer a unique opportunity to learn to fuse athleticism and artistry, all while building a strong, confident, and resilient self.

Guided by our experienced instructors, you'll explore the beauty of dance incorporated with a pole.

The classes are thoughtfully designed to accommodate participants of all levels, from beginners with no prior experience to advanced dancers, ensuring a supportive and uplifting environment for all.

Enjoy a good Pole Workout by the hour in our facility
