Before You Start

Flirty Girl Fitness Studio Customer Attire & Essentials List


To ensure a safe, comfortable, and confident experience in our classes, please review the following attire and item guidelines: 


Required Attire: 

Fitness/Yoga Classes: 

  • Fitted tank tops or sports bras 
  • Leggings or bike shorts 
  • Grip socks (recommended for yoga & Pilates) 
  • Dance & Zumba: 
  • Comfortable activewear that allows full range of motion 
  • Supportive athletic shoes or dance sneakers 

Pole & Flirty Classes

  • Shorts (to allow skin grip on pole) 
  • Sports bra or crop top 
  • Heels are optional

(must have ankle support; no street shoes) 

Please Bring: 

  • Yoga Mat (required for yoga, Pilates, and floor work) 
  • Towel (recommended for sweat and mat use) 
  • Water Bottle (hydration is key!) 
  • Small personal hygiene items (if needed for post-class freshening up) 

Important Notes: 

  • No street shoes on studio floors 
  • Jewelry should be removed for safety 
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early for setup and check-in 
  • Lockers and changing areas available—bring your own lock if needed
